UGAnime's summer meetings are held at off-campus private residences of current club members who volunteer their space. These meetings are NOT open to the public and permission must be granted by the host before new members are allowed to attend. You can ask permission and directions to the individual meetings by sending an e-mail to one of the officers or PMing the host via our message board.
The summer meetings are generally held at the same time as regular semester meetings: 7:00pm-10:00pm on Monday evenings.
The schedule for each individual summer meeting is fluid and usually depends on what the attending members have voted on in a poll on the message board events section. It usually turns out as 2 episodes from 3 different shows with a break in the middle for socialization.
If you attend a UGAnime summer meeting, please remember to be courteous to the host and do not bring any non-club members or other persons to the meeting place without first getting it okay'ed by the host themselves. It's important to respect the privacy of the host and not give out their address or directions to their place to others unless you are specifically asked to do so (or ask permission and get it okay'ed).
If you don't have a car or other transportation off-campus, rides to and from the summer meetings can also be arranged by making a post on the message board in the events section.
