Here are some quick reminders of the dates we have mentioned for the last few club meetings.

Monday, Feb. 22 : T-shirt Art is due

Friday, Feb 26 : MDOA Banner

Monday, March 1: MDOA art and AMV Reel Suggestions are due (see Mike about AMV's)

Week of March 1st : MDOA filers will need to be distributed across the campus (TBD)

Wednesday, March 3: Special Election for the Operations Officer

Saturday, March 13 : 11:59pm MDOA Street Painting

So after much procrastination the Information and schedule pages have finally been updated to reflect the current semester's schedule and room locations.

We would like to remind everyone that we will be meeting this Friday, 02/12/2010, in the 3rd floor lobby of the old portion of Tate at 4:00 p.m. to flyer the campus and spread the word about our club so dress warm and wear comfortable shoes (^_^);

Seeing as the "culture day" consists of a single 2-hour lecture I decided to call it as such . . . that being the case we finally have a definite time, date, location, and content.

Saturday, January 23 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in Tate room 137

Sam Lysinger from Kujaku Trading will come and talk about Japanese culture, and specifically Kimonos,as well as answer any questions you may have. So come and join us fro what is sure to be a very educaitonal afternoon.

Good news, there has been a cancellation in the MLC and we are no longer in Tate this evening.  We are in our normal room, MLC 248.

Just a reminder to everyone, and possibly new news to those of you who don't attend the Monday night ORG meetings, this Wednesday's meeting will be in Tate Room 141. Please be aware that the AV equipment and seating is not as good as that of the MLC so bring pillows or whatever you feel will be necessary.

Just a reminder to all of you older members, because of the scheduling change  the meeting tonight  is an Org meeting in room 138 in the Tate Center form 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Please note that all Org meetings are now on Wednesdays. Hope to see all of you there . . . as well as some new faces

As voted by the club at the Org meeting last week, we're holding the next UGAnime Game Night on Thursday April 16th. We'll start taking down what people want to bring and what they want to play in the coming days. Come to the Org Meetings and check the message board for further updates.

We will be holding the first Mikage Seminar as run by Brent Allison on March 31. That's Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm. Come discuss anime with us in the Tate lobby. Go to the Events and Club Talk board for more information or to ask questions.
